The Beginning

As an avid health enthusiast who likes to party and drink with the best of them, I thought it would be cool to do a little experiment /transformation challenge going into my Junior year at the University at Albany.

Originally attending community college and living at home with my parents, this will be the first time I have full responsibility over all of my decisions. Not like I did not take it upon myself prior, to feed, clean and cloth myself, but now I have much more freedom to choose what I consume, what I do and how I live without the burden of living up to my parents standards and the temptation of pleasures that won't be found at school.

Current:

222.5 Pounds

Approx 12-14% Bodyfat, Abs visible, but only slightly

Deadlift - 545 x 4
Bench - 410 x 1
Squat - 365 x 3

Goals:

205-210 Lbs

8% Bodyfat - Or Shredded Abs

Deadlift - 585 x 4
Bench - 410 x 3
Squat - 405 x 3

Time Frame 4 Months August 13th-December 13th (Week Before Finals)

I will go more in depth with my training, nutrition and cardio in the upcoming posts. Eventually progress pictures will be posted. I will keep a detailed log of my drinking experiences, partying, school work and juggling my fitness goals.
